Meat steriods

Hi ladies, I have had endometrios and right now having cyst in my right ovary..Im taking vissane to dissolve my cyst and hope it will after 8 months..My doktor told me not to eat meat cause it can cause more cyst. She said they inject hormone or steriods to meat like chicken or pork..Im on strict diet just fish and vegestables. I hope this might help dont eat meat.
