You need to go the docs hun. I had the same pain and it was endo related. I have both endo and adenomysis. I am now on Buscopan which eases some of the pain xx

Hi Kazza I too have the same sensation. I have suspected adenomyosis and stage 4 Endo. Do you know what stage Endo you have?

Probably a side effect of the injections if your not having add back therapy I believe that those injections should be avoided if possible many gynaecologists agree x

Hi Kazza I have been looking at your previous posts. Your symptoms sound so similar to mine! It is imperative that you are referred on to a BSGE centre in fact your gynae is going against NHS regulations for the treatment of severe Endo by not doing so. It is my understanding the use of GNRH agonist treatment like the injection you are having is futile with severe Endo. The gold standard is total excision. It is not a stretch to think given your symptoms and having already been diagnosed with stage 4 that there is likely some bowel involvement. I know the thought of changing doctors at this point feels like too much, but it is essential for you to get the treatment you deserve and require. It is better to be treated once by the right person than several surgeries and failed treatments by the wrong one. Please look at Lindle posts on the treatment pathway. Look up the NHS contract for the treatment of severe Endo the pathway is very clear, and you are absolutely entitled to this. You can be referred by your gp or your gynae, it is not down to their discretion but you will need to go armed, it is your right that you have the best treatment. Like you everyday is a struggle for me. Feel free to message me if you want to chat. Hoping for better days for us x

Hi, I am afraid I can't help in reply to your question. But I saw your post the other day and because of you I looked into Adenomyosis! I have many of the symptoms. I just want to say thank you because I always felt there was something more then endometriosis and I am now looking into Adenomyosis!

Clumsy 👍

I have a full hysterectomy booked for the 11th November :) I now have pelvis pain too but the pain in my anus is Puborectalis Sydrome and isn't linked :-)
