Tired all the time

Hi.. i am 23 years old. I am a student. Some 6-7 years ago i used to be really active and bright student. Then i got diagnosed with ITP and ever since i feel tired all the time.. i am not able to concentrate on studies. I feel tired and weak all the time. I used to be an all rounder and now i am just so slow and confused at everything. Although my ITP disorder is in its remission phase, still i feel sick. I dont know what to do with my life. I am bad at everything. I also have anxiety issues. I feel so useless. I plan so many things but am able to execute nothing. I dont understand why am i so slow and tired all the time. I dont know if it is a cognitive issue or some health problem or both. I need help.
