Work...Stressed

Hello ladies, I'm hoping for some help and advice/to hear if anyone else has been in a similar situation

I'm a bit lost as to what to do...basically I have an office job, it was agreed when things got bad with endo 2 years ago I could work from home as and when I needed. I get in every week but can never guarantee it'll be every day. I was very honest with my boss gave him some things to read about endo and explained to him how it would be. Just last week I had a catch up with him and he was still fine with the situation and even told me only get in when you can, this week he's completely changed his mind. It's really stressing me and upsetting. Working from home was his idea in the first place and I'm always so honest with him I have no idea what to do xx
