What next if it is on my bowel?

Hi ladies, I'm waiting for my first Lap (and cyst removal). My gynea told me that if endo is on my bowel then I'll have to go back for more surgery with a bowel surgeon. What else should I expect and what are your experiences? Feeling anxious here :-(

If endo is suspected on your bowel, I would ask your go for a refferal to a bsge centre, that way they will do a laparoscopy with a bowel surgeon present, and they can do the surgery at the same time, have you had a MRI scan,

What makesthem think it's on bowel ,?

I haven't had an MRI no. They suspect it's on my bowel because I get pain after a bowel movement and sometimes when I need to go. I get diorreah when I get period pain too.
