Hi,

Everyones pain is different but for me I had blood in my stools I was pretty much constipated, hot poker up my backside sensation, throbbing deep pain on my lower left side. I had my bowel shaved but you need a specialist to remove it.
Sorry to hear you’re still having issues. I had IBS-type issues with pain in my back passage too. I had my endo removed last April and I think it’s coming back because my symptoms have started to as well. Keep in mind studies have shown Endometriosis can cause you gut symptoms even if it’s not physically present on the bowel. It’s thought this is because endo releases inflammatory chemicals which can sometimes “bathe” the bowel nearby, causing symptoms. In short, don’t feel that your symptoms aren’t valid just because they didn’t find Endo directly on your bowel. Have a chat with the treating Doctor and let them know you’re worried. I’m just watching mine for a while and keeping a symptom diary; due to see my doctor mid January. Good luck 😊
How do you think it is in bowel now?well my symtoms are anal bleeding during periods, pain to passing stool, bloating, very intense pain in my legs etc,but yeah you need a proper endo specialist to remove it ,general gyne can not handle it, I m in waiting list now expecting a surgery in next few months,it will be the incision surgery, they will remove some part of my intestine too as they found 2 big nodles into upper and lower abdomen.
You should be sure you are treating from endo specialist,Best wishes for you xx

Pain before opening your bowels, sharp stabbing pain in the bowel, horrendous constipation and erratic bowel habits. I haven't sorted my bowel endo. Had a CT sacn to find it and you would need a bowel surgeon present if it is affecting your bowel.
