ALWAYS tired

So ive recently had a lacoroscopy to remove most of the endometriosis in my uterus and vagina canal.. Its been 2 weeks, my pains are slowly coming back but im not sure if thats just the healing process because ive been back on my feet too soon.. Either way my energy levels have not come back! Im just soo tired all the time... Feel light headed too all the time. Anyhing i can do to change this?

Ive also beenlooking into the endo diet anybody got experience in this too? Pros and cons?

Hi Hun , it's still very early days. I know it's hard but you really just need to be patient. You could try vitamin c to help with energy levels but make sure you get plenty of rest . Take care.
