Hi everyone really down today I have gained nearly half a stone and feel so bloated and plump. I haven't had a period for nearly 3 months because Gynocology advised. Could this be the reason I have gained so much weight? Or is it endo in itself? Please help really down.

Hi there, sympathy in buckets from me too! Lovely weather and none of my dinner clothes from last year fit! I'm also half a stone heavier and not enjoying it. I don't know if it's prostap or just me slowing down due to pain and comfort eating more?
I've decided to start swimming as of this week... I'm thinking the thought of swimwear will have more impact on my diet than the actual swimming will have on my weight!

I've had the coil in since Sept & I kid you not I've put on 2 whole stones! My consultant said it will settle but am off to docs tomorrow for blood tests to check not something else. My eldest child is 12 and I have for many years been size 14 and around 12.4 at a height of 5:11 that has been perfect, I am now buying size 18 and had enough, I'm 39 and it gets harder losing weight never mind piling it on, feel your pain ladies, it's crap! 
if my blood tests come back ok I'm having it wipped out and back to drawing board
