Endometriosis and pregnancy

I haven't yet been diagnosed with endometriosis but I have reason to believe that it is the cause of my chronic pelvic pain. I recently just found out I'm pregnant after 1 year of ttc and I'm extremely relived that I was able to conceive, but my pelvic pain has not stopped, the pain is actually now a little worse spreading down my back and down my right leg which is the side where I would usually get pelvic pain. Ectopic pregnancy has been ruled out but doctors say they saw a moderate amount of fluid on my pelvis which could indicate that a cyst ruptured some time ago, I know that fluid on the pelvis can be a symptom of endometriosis as well. So I was wondering if anyone here has had experience with pregnancy and endometriosis, and did you have similar pain/issues?
