Please help

Hi ladies

Im really worried i woke up this morning covered in blood, i had a nose bleed and i have been coughing up blood all morning and feeling like im going to vomit. My stomach is so big it looks like i have been pumped with air. I look like im pregnant. Im in so much pain and discomfort. Im having a lap on friday. So my question is should i be worried and go to A&E or do i just wait until friday?
