Diagnosed with endo

I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis, slightly raised blood (think she said 125 or something??? ) and I have a ovarian cyst. I have to have another MRI in 6 months  and a blood test. Does anyone have a smell down below?? I would say it smells fishy. It is very strong at times GP has tested for various but can't find anything.

Any ideas?
