Major panic attack with endo

Hi, I had a major panic attack today and only ever seem to get them a few days before and during my period but they are getting worse. Today's was extreme and not related to the pain (which was manageable) but more to what felt like a huge surge of hormones. Either way, it was miserable and I feel utterly out of control of my body. Has anyone else had anything like this? Thanks so much

yeah, it's fairly common. it's not nice at all, i'm sad to say it'll get better as you get more used to the fluctuations xx
