Hi does anyone have a surge in energy then feel extremely exhasted. I have just done 2 hours of gardening and now I feel exhasted. Think I've over done it again xx

Thanks for your reply. It's so annoying I just really struggle with any day to day jobs. I was only planting a few bulbs then I was asleep for the rest of the afternoon!! Xx

Yes! I feel like a Victorian lady half the time with the vapours. Tired for no apparent reason. Throughout the month, not at any specific time. Sometimes I'm

All go, I make loads of plans (I never learn!) that I struggle to keep to. Then when the time comes I'm all out of energy. It's so frustrating. And stressful. And I have zero patients with my kids. 😕

Thanks for your reply. I'm the same. It tends to happen at the weekends I wake up feeling I have a lot of energy and start running around doing housework ect and then I'm zonked for the rest of the afternoon. My hubby always says slow down your over doing it but I just want to get on and do 'normal' things. It's so annoying xxx

Thanks for your message. Its almost like my brain tells me it wants to do things but my body won't move!! It's also hard when some people don't understand and just think I'm making it up and want to be lazy. Xxx
