Hi! I'm new to the page. Hope I am getting it right. I have recently had surgery that both diagnosed and removed extensive endometriosis. I have known for some time I had this condition but it took me a long time to convince a doctor it was more than PMT/S. I have been recovering from extensive removal for going on 3 months now and am still not back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Every time I try to test the water and get back on my feet I become exhausted and worn out and feel set back in my recovery.

Any suggestions for easing back into life or knowing when to even start?

Hi welcome!

I waited until 6 months post op to start back even then it was just yoga. I am still not back to "normal" (9 months post lap), not sure I ever will be so I don't beat myself up about it. I've learnt how to deal with the exhaustion and do what I can when I can x
