Endo & pain

Hi i have endo have had for yrs had 4 laps but the pain in my overies is getting realli bad now docs wont do much else and im at my wits end im cryin im

In that much pain does anybody have any suggestions iv tried hot water bottle and a load of diff meds but i cant take some as they give side effects

I have seen him n he did say there's nothing more he can do i don't know any other of the specialists everyones giving me the same answer

I have already seen a specialist who did my lap in november last year but the pain is still ongoin if not worse x
