Horrible, acute ovary pain - advice needed

Hi all. I just need some advice because I don't know what to do. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis in August 2015 and I've been on the pill for the last few months back to back. I woke up this morning with a severe, strange pain in my right ovary that I haven't really experienced before. I took paracetamol straight away, and I carried on as usual but I already knew that I might have to call the doctor because something just didn't feel right, and its different to my usual, daily endo pain. I also have a horrible feeling of pressure in my pelvis and if I need a wee the pressure becomes unbearable. The paracetamol kicked in and I forgot about it for a bit, but still had the feeling of pressure. It soon came back, and has been coming and going all day, and it has suddenly got quite bad along with the feeling of pressure to the point where it is uncomfortable to move. I feel like I need to see a doctor, but you can only call for an emergency appt in the mornings and I don't want to go to A&E as I don't think they will take it seriously and I'm not sure that they will even do anything anyway... I will most likely call my doctor tomorrow, but just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas of what this could be, or if they have experienced this pain accompanied with a lot of pressure as well?

Hi it sounds like a cyst possibly an endometrioma. If the pain gets too bad go to a&e and they can do a scan. If not ask your GP to send you for a ultrasound. I have an 11cm endometrioma and get pain and feel the pressure your talking about.

Thank you for your reply. I wondered about this. I will probably call my gp and if it gets really bad I will go to A&E
