Endo stimulation

Pls remember that endo is stimulated by estrogen. Do not use high estrogen b.c. pills. Also.as wierd as it sounds u get estrogen from body lotions and chemicals in the environment. These are called xenoestrogens and still put an un healthy form of estrogen in your body. Use paraben free products as much as possible on your skin.

I was first on the combined pill that had oestrogen in it. It was many months before the gynaecologist told me that I should change to another pill because it feeds the endo. I'd had no clue that it would have been helping to cause me harm.

Well I had a dumb ass hormone supposed specialist put me on estrogen which i told her I can't have due to endo. Now all my pain is back two fold. Its in my bowels on my bladder. I can't sleep ar night pain is so bad. Trying to get in sooner to see a specialist. U have to hound ur doctor to get u into a spwciist sooner. My pain is sooo bad. I'm calling him and trlli him that the girls got his referral but are not moving my appt up. I'm scheduled dec 30. I'm not waiting a damn month. Hes telling me I might have cancer or need a bowel resection. Are u kiddin me. They don't give a shit. U have to fight and demand they see u sooner. The pain is exhausting me. I can't take it.
