Peritoneal Excision

Hello Ladies,

I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some good information (nothing too technical) about Excision Surgery to remove the lining of the Peritoneum for Endometriosis? I saw my 3rd helpful Gynae on Friday & he has suggested this surgery to try & help me make some better progress as so far I don't seem to be!

He is also going to refer me to a pain management team, if anyone can tell me what these good people will do to help!?
