Losing a lot

Hi everyone. I have severe endo and have had 2 laparoscopies and a biopsy in the last year. The last one my gyno said he did it so i wouldn't bleed again to lessen my pain but have had just as bad cramps and leg pains as before i had them done. I don't know if any of you can help me but the last 5-6 weeks i have had the worst bleedings. Every day if not every few days where i lose so much blood i faint and am sick. Iv had to throw away so many pair of underwear and clothing because its so heavy. It happens randomly..i have no idea when it will happen and obviously terrified it will happen at work. I didn't know if anyone could help me with either ways to deal with it or if anyone knew whats causing it?
