Can someone give me some reason as I might be having period type bleeds and back pain.. Ita been 10 days and started as a bloody discharge gradually getting worse. Wish it would all go away!

Hi, no not my period I'm on the combined pill and never had an spotting or anything, 28 day cycles without fail. Stil going strong too it's driving me mad x
