Endo,PCS???

Hi everyone.I'm going to the gyn on Tuesday to talk about getting a lap.He thinks I may have endo(with my pain going away whilst breastfeeding) or IBS,but I don't have IBS symptoms.No diarrhoea or constipation etc.just a permanent pain in my lower abdomen.have any of you heard of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome?As I have read my symptoms are pointing more in that direction.I can't eat anything or nothing the pain stays exactly the same!Feels a bit better when I lie down. I do get bloated but evwn when my stomach is flat the pain persists. It feels as if my period just wants to start any moment,but I'm on Visanne so their is no chance of that. O yes and is a sonar the same as a pelvic scan?
