Bowel prep

Hi all, I have got my laparascopy at the UCHL Tuesday next week and have to do a bowel prep on the Monday. However I can't find my bowel prep guide and so am not sure what time to take them. I have got 10 senna tablets and 2 sachets of citramag. I've got to be at the hospital for 7am on Tuesday. Would anyone be able to help?

I have tried phoning the endo nurse and emailed her but no response.

P.s. Get yourself some Vaseline which will help you not to be too sore due to the frequent loo visits and the burning sensation. Aloe wet loo wipes help too.
