Seriously fed up, only 8 months post op and I have been feeling dreadful for a week now, only just dawned on me today that I have felt like this before......... the post haemorrhagic cyst rupture fall out 
Any hints and tips on how to make myself feel better? In the past all I could do was hit the codeine and sleep, I have visitors staying with me so don't really want to take that option, help!!
Any advice would be fab, thanks ladies, I hope you are all having good pain days xxx
