Hi I went to docs after having some brown discharge and period like pain she examined me and said my womb was inflammed and looked like when you graze your arm she has referred me to gyno has anyone else had this thanks

It sounds to me like it could possibly be Adenomyosis did she mention this name?

Adenomyosis is different to endo, I have recently bee diagnosed with Adenomyosis during a laparoscopy, I was told that my uterus was very enlarged and inflamed.

Are you having any symptoms hun, I'm assuming you must have done to go to the Dr's. Do you have endometriosis? X

Hello thanks for replying I haven't been diagnosed with endo or anything as yet I'm at gyno on the 14th of May so not to long I had pain in pelvic area and some brown discharge x

I was going to say what mummy1982 said, ive also been diagnosed with adeno, and my uterus felt bulky on internal and large and inflamed on doing a laparoscopy,

What symptoms do you get?

how long is your wait?

and how long have you had endo?

Hello thanks for replying I haven't been diagnosed with endo just went to docs as was having pain and that's what she said when she examined me in there in the 14 th of May xx

Try not to worry hun it's good she had refered you to a specialist and they will be able to have a look and see what is going on xx

Hi Thankyou she also said she didn't think it would get better without treatment which worried me a little as not sure what she meant what symptoms do you get if you don't mind me asking xx
