Hysteroscopy today so worried about what they might find

As much as I want answers now the day has arrived in so scared. Has anyone been diagnosed with endo or adenomyosis through a hysteroscopy?

Found a large polyp I need to have removed but said this can't be the reason for the pain so require further investigations x
