Really enjoyed this Jen. I couldn't agree with you more.

I used to use raspberry leaf tea. You've inspired me to use it again. Geranium is my favourite oil and by coincidence I am just about to stock up on oils today.

Thanks for uploading the vid and best wishes for your upcoming op.

Love your dog!

You are very welcome Thank you yes that is my baby Barney he has helped me through everything i have went through he is always there for me and as you can see has to get his nose stuck in too and see what i am doing lol We have an 8 month old kitten too but hes crazy he bullies the dog although occasionally he can be very loving toward us all.

Pets are very good therapy too :-) xxx

I would love to have a dog like Barney and I agree with you that pets (especially dogs!) can be very therapeutic. But there are times when I'm not well enough to take a dog for a walk and my husband works away most of the week.

I'm drinking raspberry leaf tea right now! x

Aww that must be very hard for you being by yourself. A dog as small as barney doesn't need that much exercise he's a cross between a Yorkshire terrier and a king charles cavalier. he gets walked twice a week and i have a big garden for him to play in coming up to the summer now he will have a sand pitt and paddling pool to play in plus his dog tunnel a wee jump cones to weave in and out of and he can do various other tricks. I'm a dog behaviourist and its not about walking a dog they need mentally stimulated too :-) xxx

My husband is on his way home so it will be very funny when I tell him this. I think he secretly doesn't want to get a dog and he thinks it will never happen!

Not what you're looking for?
