Desperate for help.

Hi all. I have just joined. My story so far... At the beginning of November i went to the doctors with lower abdominal pain & feeling generally ill & unwell. Diagnosed with a uti & since then i have been to GP countless times & hospital suffering from horrendous lower back pains, pelvic pain, lower abs pain, nasty chest pain & shallow breathing its gone on for months & months & months. I'm now booked to see a gynae in a months time to 'discuss' things. I am beyond desperate & dustraught i am certain i have Endo & i guess i'm just looking for help or advice on how to cope? I've been housebound for weeks barely able to walk i'm a single parent this has had devastating effects on my life i've also been suffering with horrendous thrush (literally feels like i've been sliced with a knife down there) has that been a problem with anyone else with Endo? When i'm feeling 'okay-ish' sex hasn't been a problem for me nor are my periods particularly heavy or painful. I feel totally demoralized & robbed of myself through all this any advice welcome i'm alone & desperate xxxx

Hi holly, have you had the thrush checked out by gp? Given any antibiotics for it? And are you on any pain mens xx

Yes i've had various thrush treatments nothing ever works. Been on loads of antibiotics. Been given codeine but i hate taking it xxx

Have you tried tramadol for the pain it's stronger than codeine. And when was your last smear test? The reason I am asking is because you might have cerivistis which mimics thrush. It sounds like you are very run down by all this. Has your gp done swaps and blood tests to check for other infections? You might also try vit b supplements which are helpful for yeast infections xx
