I had my first lap back in July and the fatigue was better but it's crept back and has got really bad I'm struggling with even getting up it's horrible I sometimes find this the worst symptom. I was wondering if anybody can recommend anything that helps? I have a gynae appointment 19th January as well

I really struggle with fatigue too, I mentioned it to my new consultant and he sent me for a full blood count with testing for B12 and Thyroid function - these are all things that can go hand in hand with endo. Its worth asking about when you have your appointment - if they can find a real cause for the fatigue, its easier to do something about it. I havent had my results yet, but I am hoping it will pinpoint the cause.
My endo(3cm left ovary) simptoms are tiredness and lost of appetite so I'm pushing myself to eating better and do exercise and yoga to help me recuperate my strength and vitality. Because I do not suffer pain and my blood test has good results apart of the protein... I'm going to refuse the salpingo-oophorectomy laparascopy as the doctors says that removing the ovary and fallopian troops are not going to stop or improve my simptoms. I left my job and I'm determinate to take care of my self.(relaxing, eating healthy ,lots of exercise) to restore my immune system and balance my hormones. For now I'm slowly getting better so I will keep going and when I'm feeling much better I will ask for another scan to check if I'm improved. I know it will take me time and effort but I think its worth it to try to heal endometriosis in a natural way if I do not suffer pain.
