Not really sure what to do, was diagnosed 2.5years ago, still have bad pains and have tried lots of different treatments, mostly hormonal - but atm I really feel out of control with my emotions. Does anybody else get like this? I thought maybe talking could help?

Yes I do have ups and downs which is definatly linked to my hormones and pain cycle it is crap your not alone ! X
