I got diagnosed with endo in May and since then I've had the lap and been put on hormone tablets called Duphaston. The tablets worked for a month or so but now the pain is back worse than ever. I'm going back to see the specialist on Tuesday to see what else I can do to try and stop the pain. I also tried the endo diet which I found great but again it only stopped the pain for a short while. Has anyone got any advice? I'm only 21 and I'm at my wits end now I feel so depressed and exhausted and have started to get anxiety and I feel so lazy since I have no energy and can barely do anything.
