You can buy in on ebay for a couple of quid INCLUDING postage.

The kindle version does not appear to be an updated book - just an electronic copy of the one written in 2003. Which includes in the index a reference to the UK National Endometriosis Society which has for a long time now been Endometrioisis UK which is the charity that runs this forum

It is probably very out of date by nowin other ways too, and we now have much more up to date access to remedies for endo as well as access to better information on a range of homeopathic and herbal remedies and how their ingredients may impact on hormone dependent disease like endo. All freely available on line.

Don't waste your money - buy from ebay 2nd hand if you are curious, because some of the anatomical info will still apply, but it is not a bible for endo and certain aspects are out of date and some of the advice may now have been contradicted by more recent research.
