Not something I'd be willing to have done again in a hurry.. If this was a small insight of what child birth feels like... Then I'm put off for life lol. Dr said it went in easy for someone who's never had children.. Didn't feel like it to me! let's hope this is worth it... I'm willing to give anything a go but this whilst being awake..... OUCH!!! x x

Poor you, I have a coil as well and found getting it fitted horrific! How is your cramping now? Mine was quite bad and lasted for a few days. I've had mine since April and after about 2 months of spotting I haven't had a single period which is nice, and It is definitely helping with my pain. Unfortunately you've got to be quite patient with it though, it does take a while before the pain starts to improve. Good luck with it and I hope it works for you x

Thanks for the reply. Did all your other symptoms ease up? I'm constantly tired and unable to do much, wondered if this also improved with the coil x
