HRT and Endometriosis....

i was 28 when i was diagnosed with severe endo,,,, i was also given the treatment of injections in the ovarys for 6 months,, and i went through pure hell!!! it was awful,,, after that i was ok for 18 months then it came back with avengance,, ohh my god did it,,,,,, in the end when i was 36,, and living in spain, my surgeon had no option than to offer me a full hysterectomy,,, i was that bad with it i couldnt walk,, I am 42 now and have been on the HRT since then and feel grt,,,,,BUT now im under the surgeon now for severe bowel troubles,,, when he read my history,,,,,, I have now been told it could be the return of the disease due to the HRT.... im devastated because without him saying anything i new it,,, the same symptoms are slowly creeping back,, tiredness,,, swollen tummy,, difficulty digesting food,, back ache.. spots on my back,, lifeless skin and hair,, sore gums,, ... Im dreading the outcome of the tests he is going to do,,, it looks like ill have to find an alternative to HRT... and im dreading it...,,, so the question remains...... is having a full Hysterectomy worth it..... i would say yes,, because as soon as i was well from my op,, for the first time in years i felt well,,,,, i got my life back!!! if you can survive off the HRT then its the best way forward,, i just need to find a replacement for the HRT .. My doctor recommended this tablet which in spain its called DONNA PLUS+... ill let you know if it is good... its gotta be worth a try...

Not sure I know enough about her but... Surely it would!d just be better for you, at this point, to just stop with the hormones and go through the menopause naturally? I really think hormones just mess you up too much!
