How do you all feel a week before your period?

It's a week until my period and I feel like I've got a virus. My head hurts (the usual left sided headaches/migraine ), I've puked twice this morning, I feel drained. Had to go to work an stick it out but I'm sick of feeling this awful

Personally, I get incredibly impatient and irritable and start getting 'twingey' pains around my ovaries. I get the drained feeling too and end up craving chocolate and nuts. Its crap being female, isnt it?!
