Constant pain in my ovaries (new)

Last few days iv had a nagging... Burning.. Bruised painful feeling in my ovaries (or that area) it feels sore to touch from the outside and make it have a burning pain when I poke that area of my belly to feel.. And the pain is now going into my hips and bum... Iv experiences horrendous pelvic pain for months now and this is new to new but is so sore irritating and getting me down is anyone else the same xxxx
