Due to my endometriosis I find it difficult to get comfortable when I'm in bed, any advice or help anyone?

I changed my mattress to a posturepedic memory support mattress and I haven't had any problems since. Paid £99 for single mattress which was vacuum packed so it fitted in the back of my car, no need to pay for delivery. The double mattress was priced at £179. Hope you get sorted soon xx
