Hi everyone just wondering if anyone saw this morning today? Apparently they were discussing endometriosis awareness on the programme didn't manage to watch it or record unfortunately - just wanted to know what was said, I sent a email in but not sure if they went over any! Xx

yeah watch it online venusx5, it was really good and felt like finally people are acknowledging it. Its not just bad periods there is way more too it. If you watch it, i am caller number 1 on the phone in. I wanted to say more than i did but had to keep my question brief.xx

I wished they had devoted more time to it.

It was great to hear Endo from the perspective of a young lady. I wished they had devoted some time to old ladies like me....,, a sufferer since 1991.... Adhesions sticking my bits together and extensive Endo. I have adenomyosis and my bowel is also involved.

Also More surgery for me could cause more problems!

At 43, I feel that my body is exhausted from 22 years of fighting endometriosis. And I feel that I am really struggling with life.

About time we all got more help!

Agree, I think they need to do a longer slot and have more discussion about adhesions, intestinal issues, difficulty keeping jobs etc.

I guess a programme on its own would need to be made about endo, i doubt this morning would devote a whole show to it, I wonder who we could get to think about making such a programme. My cousin is a director and has worked on a lot of shows i may ask him if he knows.x

Maybe bbc3 would cover a whole programme on endo ? Iv watched a few documentary series on there . Worth a try x
