Has any one tried any alternative therapy for pain relief for endro?

what alternative therapies are reccomended? how affective are they? ive heard reflexology is supposed to be affective?

My dad does reflexology so had him doing my back and feet all the time. I tried swimming yoga and stuff like that but was still in so muh pain. I hate having to take my pain killers as I'm on the strongest they get but found nothing else worked for me. I hope this helps everyone is differnt so it may be you find your own way of coping with the pain xx
