Has anyone else had the problem of their uterus moving to a certain side of their body? ... I had an ultra scan done the other week after feeling as though my endo has returned quite aggressively, and they discovered that my uterus has shifted to the right side of my body, because of the adhesions.

This is quite common and the first thing my gynae did was feel for the position of my uterus. He said it is really common for adhesions to pull the uterus and it depends where the adhesions are as to the direction. I had my adhesions removed during my lap and the before and after pictures really showed how distorted everything had become. I don't believe it's a problem in itself but if it's causing you symptoms they can remove the adhesions. Did they seem concerned? What's happening next?

Thank you for your reply. It's nice to hear that it is more common than I thought.

I'm currently awaiting a referral, for either an MRI scan or a laparoscopy. They are concerned about another lap though as they said that is what caused the adhesions in the first place.

They don't seem too concerned that its shifted so I'm not panicking just yet.

Sorry to hear you are/have gone through the same thing. Bit of a nightmare condition isn't it.
