Hi Tea Cosey,

In my personal opinion - I'm not a fan of Carolyn Levetts recipes! I don't have the exact book you're talking about so can't comment on that specifically. But I do have her book Recipes for the Endometriosis diet. I struggle to eat lentils and pulses and her book is just full of recipes with them, however it's only through trial and error that I found that out (and you might love lentils and pulses!). Everyone's body will react differently to diet, so there's no straight out rules as such, you'll figure out quite quickly what works for you and what doesn't. However, she does know a lot about the reasons for the diet and the details of each food group - I do use her book for that!! Recipe wise - I only have The Food Healing Recipe Book for Endometriosis (a downloadable and print your own book) by Melissa, known as Endo Angel. I found that on cureendometriosis.com

Some of those recipes are good!! People have mentioned the names Henrietta Norton, and Dian Shepperton Mills in terms of good recipes - might be worth checking them out? Hope this helps!! x
