Hi catness. Thank you for sharing xxx
Hi Catness, just had a quick look at the Endo diet and am happy to say that apart from always drinking milk as I love it, my diet has been like this for years and I have always said to my friends/family that I felt that if my diet was rubbish, my endo would be worse. I now feel this has reiterated that and am so glad I have tried to look after myself all these years as things could have been much worse perhaps?
So I can honestly say, after a while, you will not have the cravings that you get when eating loads of 'rubbish' and will actually crave the good food insted - I get very frustrated when I know I am not eating enough fruit and veg due to lack of funds but as long as I can get at least 2 a day when money is short, I know I haven't wasted my money on just a bar of chocolate or a packet of sausages - which I may add, I think are blerggg lol.
Again, my personal experience but keep it up, you will definitely benefit, not a cure but a much healthier way of life with more days of coping than you would have if you continue to confuse your hormone/insulin balance with the food with additives/sugar.
Hope this works for many people. Would be good to hear what works food wise for others wouldn't it?
