Does adenomyosis and fibroids always show up on an ultrasound scan?

I had another ultrasound scan today 2 years after first one. My consultant requested it because she thought my uterus felt large and is very tender. I know that endo is not usually picked up by ultrasounds but was wondering if fibroids and adenomyosis is as the lady that performed it said everything looked ok.

Fibroids should be picked up any scan, I think adeno can be picked up on an MRI scan but not always xx
