Hi how long does pain last after lazer on endo

I had a lap 10 days ago and i still have the same constant pain on my left side that i had before i went in, when consultant spoke to me i was still a bit groggy but he said they had lazered all endo and it may come back but i cant remember how long he said it would be until pain went, can anyone please advise?

Hi, I had the exact same issue after my lap the first time they couldn't treat the second they lasered and my consultant said I would feel like a new woman. The first couple of weeks were quite painful so I didn't notice my right pelvic pain that was originally there but after the second week I knew my original pain was still there and wasn't going to go away that was now back in September 2012, I am booked in for my 3rd Lap as all symptoms have got so severe I can't hardly walk. I would highly recommend you keep on telling you gyni what your feeling as its taken me ages and a lot of suffering to be seen again. One thing I will say is go to an accredited endometriosis centre as my first lap was done at a regular NHS hospital and 2nd was done privately but none were through a specialist centre now my 3rd one is through a specialist centre and looking back I'm thinking maybe I should have started off with a specialist centre an maybe I wouldn't have been in this boat.
