PCOS/PCO causes irregular cycles, but not pain. Have a look at the Verity website for useful information on PCOS/PCO.

I have endo and pcos and it was difficult to get diagnosed for me because both sets of symptoms contradict each other at times! E.g. A lot of pcos people have little or no periods, but mine would flood through a super tampon and pad in less than an hour.

Keep a diary of your pain and symptoms (even things that you might not always think too much about like headaches and nausea, even if it's mild). The more information you can give the doctor the better.

Hi i have pcos and i hardly ever get a period i get one probs once a year it started every 3 months and disappeared over time i also have stage 4 endometriosis.
