Dr Hakim Visit

Hi All!

I've been for my visit with Dr Hakim. Absolutely lovely person.

Sadly I don't have anything to report to you. I'm being sent for numerous tests and I'll know more after that.

He did say that the rash on my face and other symptoms lead him to believe that it's likely to be an autoimmune disease. But couldn't say more than that.

I've spent a number of days recuperating from the long journey and my joints being moved about and poked and prodded. But it wouldn't have been a good appointment if I didn't come away in pain, now would it?

I'll keep you updated. I how you are so as well as you ossiby can be today!

Update

2 weeks after appointment as promised Dr Hakim emailed to tell me Letter has been written to GP with the necessary referrals required.

So far so good 🌻☉🌻👍

Going to anyone NOW would be great cuz I'm feeling ever so poorly
