Hi Queeencara, yes l had these on both feet at the same time, was out for a walk with my daughter when I had sudden, sharp pain on both arches simultaneously,blood bruises appeared on both feet😒

Yes...my doctors call my version of these "paroxysmal haematomas" and tell me these are due to my hEDS

I'm 63 and have infant onset systemic lupus + hypogammaglobulinaemia & other comorbidities

Since my early 20s i've been getting these sort of bleeds in the tissues of both feet & hands, on my ankles & shins, inside my mouth, and even other places sometimes

They aren't pleasant...they hurt..but so far they have remained bearable.

I think possibly my daily oral combined therapy lupus meds may be helping to reduce the frequency & severity of these bleeds
