Have anyone heard about Reiki ? Ive been introduce to a group in Milton Keynes that happend every second thursday of each month .

This Charity works at THE WELL at Willen , Newport Road Mk159AA. and starts at 7;30 Use to be just for patients with cancer but now they open up to all of us. I' ve been going there and i reduce my pain killers with it . Yesterday i was in lots of pain . I thought i wouldn't make it . But at the end of the session was really worsth. going .. Its 30 minutes relaxing just for yourself .. If you don't know you can have a look at their website .Milton Keyens Reiki Support Group. Its a love atmosphere Coffee, tea , decaf and some biscuits and some lovely people to talk . I sugest to all of us PKD patients

Reiki is a widely practiced complimentary therapy

It is non invasive so wont interfere with other treatments

I have a level one certificate in reiki practice although i dont practice v much these days

Same here; I was suffering from dreadful hip pain at the time of the week-end during which I spent getting my level one, and by the end of the weekend, I had no pain at all. I felt so great I went for a long walk, and by the time I got back home, the pain was back. I must admit to not being fully convinced...

Just practice in yourself everyday and you will see the difference

Do u live in Milton keynes. What do you think about came to have same sessions yourself. And call another patient you know as well
