Don't panic!!! The specialist will sort out your blood pressure and probably give you iron tablets (Im on them too). I am CKD 4 (kidneys working at 19% at the mo), feel great and see the doc every 3-6 months. Everyone is different and has CKD for different reasons.

I am sure the future will be fine as they are going to be watching you. Don't look up too much on the net, it may scare you for no reason. Wait until you see your specialist and ask questions. Don't forget to write them on a bit of paper or you will get in there and forget :)

like googie says dont panic, it may just be a matter of a blood pressure tablet for now and iron, good luck and keep us all updated
