I don't take ibuprofen and haven't for years and seldom acetaminophen. I have read that turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. Is it hard on the kidneys?

Years ago I looked into tumeric. The issue is the quality of the product, and the amount needed and you have to take it with black pepper for some reason, I do not remember it all. But...totally not worth it.
