Not sure if my post went up however seen docs and all my tests are now normal all the changes I've made diet excercise etc have made a massive difference so doc happy to change code to show I've not got CKD for my holiday insurance. Taken this as a wakeup call so keeping at it and hopefully will stay on the right side of the readings! Good luck to all

Well done that is great news for you. What exactly have you done to achieve this, as I would like to try to improve my gfr ?
